The 95-ton large mold transfer vehicle is a large-tonnage intelligent transfer equipment specially designed for processing and manufacturing enterprises, used for efficiently and safely transferring heavy molds and large machine processing parts within the workshop. This vehicle adopts a box-shaped beam load-bearing structure and a high-torque wheel-side drive system, ensuring smooth operation and strong torsional resistance under a full load of 95 tons.
The vehicle is equipped with an intelligent navigation system, which can achieve preset path tracking, fixed-point parking and obstacle avoidance functions. The surface oil-resistant treatment and the protective design of key components enable it to adapt to the complex environment commonly found in processing workshops, such as coolant and metal shavings.
This forklift effectively addresses the issues of relying on cranes for the transportation of large molds, which are inefficient and have poor safety. It significantly shortens the mold replacement time and enhances equipment utilization. It is a core logistics equipment for stamping, injection molding and large parts processing enterprises to achieve efficient production.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
